This policy explains how data may be processed through the Soryen website and administration services.
Soryen provides artificial intelligence, software, automation and digital product services.
Depending on the service, this may include name, company and contact details, account information, Instagram user and profile identifiers, Instagram messages and conversation data, CRM contact records, integration metadata and service usage data.
Data may be used to manage accounts and permissions, operate the Instagram integration, display inbound communications in the panel, support CRM workflows, provide support, protect security and improve the service.
Instagram data is received through the Meta/Instagram API connection authorized by the user. Access tokens are stored server-side in secure secret storage and are not exposed to clients or logs. Access is limited through role-based authorization, server-side controls and database policies.
The service may rely on hosting, database, authentication, secret storage and Meta/Instagram API providers. Their own policies also apply.
Data may be retained while needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@soryen.com and will be reviewed.
You can remove the Instagram connection from the Integrations area of the Soryen panel. For a deletion request, visit /data-deletion.
